PATHFINDER OF SEAS HONORED-While airplanes roared overhead, a wreath was placed yesterday on the Monument Avenue statue of Matthew Fontaine Maury, noted oceanographer and Confederate naval officer, as part of the Richmond Bicentennial celebration. Mrs. Littleton Fitzgerald (center) placed the wreath. The color guard included (left to right) E. T. Ingram Jr., J. J. Coulter Jr., T. E. Winter and G. B.
