Take Part in Convention.

At a recent meeting of Chesterfield Chapter. U. D. C., held at the nome of Mrs. Robert H. Richardson at Forest Hill, final plans were made for the part of the chapter In the General Convention of the .. D. Co which convenes at the Jefferson Hotel Tuesday. Delegates from the chapter include Mrs. A. L. T. Drew, Mrs. George Shapherd, Mrs. Johnson MeKenzie; alternates, Mrs. P. V. Cogbill, Mrs. A. J. Hurt and Mrs. H. S, Dodge.

After the meeting adjourned the chapter was entertained by F. William Severs at his studio. He Showed models for the Matthew Fontaine Maury monument, and explained his plan and conception of the monument to be placed at the intersection of Monument and Belmont Avenues under the direction of the Matthew Fontaine Maury Association.
