BALTIMORE, Md., Nov, 16.-An equestrian statue of General Robert B. Lee in Druid Hill Park, this city, is provided for in the will of Mrs. Elizabeth Garrett White, filed today. The cost will be between $25,000 and $30,000. Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Va., is bequeathed $10,000; Randolph Macon College, Ashland, Va., $5,000, and the University of Virginia, at Charlottesville, Va., $5,000.
