To Unveil Confederate Monument.

Final arrangements for the unveiling of the Confederate monument on Mount Royal avenue, which is to take place tomorroywafternoon, have been completed. The ceremony will begin at 3 o’clock, and the order of exercises, which has already been published in detail, will be followed. The monument will be presented to the city on de-half of the Daughters of the Confederacy by Capt. G. W. Booth, the acceptance on the part of the city by Mayer Hayes and the introduction by Gen. A. C. Trippe of the orator of the day, Capt. McHenry Howard.
