Confederate Veterans.

Members of the various Confederate camps in Maryland met at the Hotel Rennert last night and adopted a new set of by-laws and elected the following officers to serve for one year: Andrew C. Trippe, Major-General; J. F. Zacharias and Oswald Tilghman, Brigadier-Generals.

The delegates endorsed the efforts being made by the Daughters of the Confederacy to raise funds to assist in erecting a Confederate monument. The Maryland camps will endeavor to have the national reunion of 1901 held in Baltimore. General Trippe entertained the members after the meeting.
