Ladies See Art Commissioners.

Several members of the Daughters of the Confederacy appeared before the Municipal Art Commission yesterday in reference to the proposed Confederate monument opposite the Mount Royal entrance to Druid Hill Park. No plan for the monument has been selected, so that the commission could not take any action in the matter. The ladies will consult with members of the Municipal Art Society. In the delegation yesterday were Mrs. Charles Marshall, Mrs. John P. Poe, Mrs. J. Francis Dammann, Mrs. Samuel J. Hough, Mrs. E. S. Beall, Mrs. Hugh Lee and Mrs. MeHenry Howard.
